Interesting point, certainly there are lot’s of young “blockchain developers” out there with limited experience, even as software developers trained to understand the complexities of delivering software. This is a problem in a much wider context, as developers are hired as technical experts by individuals and organisations ill equipped to validate their capability, or equally unwilling to listen to their advice — as the above cartoon illustrates.
