You may even call it a framework! Interesting analogy though. Perhaps the big differentiation here is that you want your structure to be adaptable and able to develop and evolve as your team and product mature. That trellis isn’t going to respond well to change once the vine has wrapped itself around it for several years, and the vine won’t respond well to its trellis changing either! Just like the product; you don’t want your process too tightly coupled with it!
